mega63 reserves the right to require identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) at any stage, including prior to processing a withdrawal. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable period may result in Account suspension.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your mega63 Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. mega63 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login details.
You agree to notify mega63 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of your Account or any security breach. mega63 may, at its discretion, suspend an Account if unusual activity is detected. Two-factor authentication (2FA) is available and strongly recommended for all mega63 members.

Accounts are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise specified. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of receipt. Exchange rate fluctuations are the member's responsibility.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the mega63 Platform. Breach of any prohibition may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and, where applicable, legal action:

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, mega63 and its officers, employees, agents, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of the Platform.
mega63's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Upon termination for breach, mega63 is not obligated to return any Account Balance. Upon voluntary Account closure by the member, any real-money Balance (excluding unvested Bonus Funds) will be returned to the member via their registered withdrawal method, subject to completed verification.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which mega63 holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through mega63's internal complaints procedure shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant licensing authority. Nothing in this clause shall limit mega63's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
